Our company was chosen to carry out a full installation of their new office layout within their newly acquired industrial unit in Rowley Regis.

Works included a power and lighting to a new reception area, waiting room, large open plan office with dado trunking and data network infrastructure as well as staff canteen, toilets and rest areas.

Emergency lighting and safe exit route lighting was upgraded as well as new decorative LED lighting to a bespoke boardroom and outside floodlighting. The warehouse area was completely stripped out with new power and lighting to the workshop and outbuildings.

Energy Saving Advice

Help to reduce energy consumption in the office:

Fit LED lighting as standard or as a minimum upgrade lamps and bulbs
Utilise daylight or occupancy sensors to control your lighting
Turn off computer monitors when not in use
Review the energy rating of older equipment
Keep the use of portable electrical heaters to a minimum
Where possible fit timers or kill switches to equipment where 24 hour operation is unnecessary
